Founded in September 2023, the Digital Cultural Heritage Lab at NYU Shanghai is an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to the application of digital technologies in the preservation, research, and dissemination of cultural heritage. It strives to empower the revitalization and innovation of cultural heritage through technology. After several years of development, the lab has successfully established a comprehensive system integrating teaching, research, and industry collaboration, drawing on academic expertise from diverse fields such as history, art history, computer science and interactive media.
